Received a Low imPACK package?

We are so proud of You for choosing our circular package for your online order!

I want to return the package and get back the deposit money.

Follow these instructions:

  • Take your phone and open the camera.
  • Take the box and hold the camera above the QR code until the yellow Tango.eco link appears. NB! If your camera is not built for scanning the QR codes, we suggest you to download the QR scanning app from Google Play. Here’s an example.
  • Click on the tango.eco link.
  • Fill in the form and press on the tab “KINNITA PANT 2€”. This step will register your wish to return the package and redeem the deposit you have paid. NB! You only have to fill in the form ONCE. The second time you can just scan the QR code and that’s done!
  • After that drop the empty package to the nearest Tango collecting box that are located next to Smartpost Itella parcel machines. Here are the locations of Tango collecting boxes.

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after You have dropped the physical packages in Tango’s return box.

Please return the package soon, but no longer than 60 calendar days after scanning the QR code.

I want to keep the package.

It’s okay, you can keep the PACK for storage or gifting. We know that it looks super nice 😉

In this case the deposit will not be refunded. We just hope that you will use the PACK as long as possible.

I want to return the package, but there is no QR code.

Don’t worry! This might happen as we offer our clients different packaging solutions.

You can always return the packages to TANGO return stations.
We will keep the packs in circulation.

I want to return the package, but 30 days have passed.

Once You have scanned the QR code on the package, You have 60 days to return the package and get back the deposit money You paid for it. After 60 days the deposit money will not be refunded anymore, however You can still drop the empty package at Tango’s return box.

The deposit money will be refunded within 10 days after You have dropped the physical package to Tango’s return box.

As an e-shop, can I use another logistics partner other than Smartpost Itella?

YES, you can send out your online orders via any kind of logistics partner.

Though, when your customer received our packaging, it must be returned to Tango’s return box that are currently located ONLY next to Smartpost Itella parcel lockers.

How to scan the QR code – take the package and hold your camera above the QR code until the yellow tango.eco link appears. Click on the link and fill in the short form to get back the deposit.
